I deleted stuff you wrote about virtualenv for 2 reasons:
Only you have Python3 in a "mybuild" folder. That was something we did when Python was throwing an SSL error, which is no longer the case. In other words, that is not how we install a virtualenv normally.
Not everyone creates a virtualenv with an env/ folder, so their activate will be different from what you wrote.
Anyone who uses Python should know how to make a virtualenv, so you don't have to tell them.
I also made several fixes on URLs to make the README more standard (making links instead of exposed URLs) -- please look at these and remember them the next time you are making a GitHub README.
Also fixed some grammar errors.
