Towards final publication! Besides documenting the revisions, this Pull Request is also intended as a guide for others (and future me) to handle Copernicus Publications based LaTeX manuscript revision submissions.

DeepBedMap DEM key figure

Helpful commands from TeX Stackexchange:

bibexport -o example.bib template.aux
latexdiff-git --force --pdf -r fc2415ac1cb910d3bb15ca6c93d10bdb1d7bef0c template.tex
pdfunite author_comments_1.pdf author_comments_2.pdf template-difffc2415ac1cb910d3bb15ca6c93d10bdb1d7bef0c.pdf author_response_1.pdf

If this is a minor revision, I can't imagine what a major one would look like! Mostly dealing with the reviewer's suggested additions/modifications (especially in the Discussion section), and I've refreshed some of the citations too. Split out the author comment citations into a proper bibtex file, because bibitem is a pain. The all-in-one coloured author response and diff was also a bit painful to craft and took a lot of TeX Stackexchange research! Great tools to use are `bibexport`, `latexdiff-git` and `pdfunite`.
Address a few more comments from the Editor, mostly clarifying a few minor details. Calculated percentage of training area relative to grounded ice regions (in QGIS) to be less than 0.1%, and clarified that DeepBedMap is an alternative rather than an independent method. In terms of styling issues, changed all instances of Figure to Fig. throughout manuscript, and some minor things. Not quite sure what to do about the theta and eta parameters, since they are n-dimensional tensors, neither a scalar or a vector.

Paper has been accepted (finally!) and going through final copy-editing stages. The key figure (Fig 0) will be the thumbnail image shown alongside the title/abstract, so it needs to be pretty! Simply re-using Figure 2, but taking out the extra Training Tiles/Pine Island Glacier/Thwaites Glacier bounding boxes and legend. Also using this key figure on the main README.md page now!
Going through the copyediting process! The eps files seem to be cropped when opened in Inkscape, not sure what's up with GMT on this, but decided to use pdf output for now, fingers crossed that this workaround is ok.
Thanks to Copernicus Publications copy-editor Madeleine Patston and typesetter Anne Brekerbohm for catching all these errors in the bibliography! There are a lot of proofread changes in the .tex file too but I'll wait for that to settle before updating it here.
Woohoo! The DeepBedMap concept paper has been published at https://doi.org/10.5194/tc-14-3687-2020! Wrapping this Pull Request up as I'll need to make a tag to release DeepBedMap_DEM v1.1.0 and the neural network model weights (also available at https://www.comet.ml/weiji14/deepbedmap/77126218f3504a06adbc7dfe3851bb28) on Zenodo.

Remaining bits (for v1.1.1):
1. Get the final copy-edited LaTeX file from Copernicus Publications
2. Get a recording CEDSG-AI4ER talk I gave at http://talks.cam.ac.uk/talk/index/152497
