  1. Add advanced drag support for floating windows 

      - Adds a more sophisticated implementation for the 'draggable-win' directive
  - Supports restriction to browser window
  - Less laggy than the prev. approach
  - Avoid text selection in window header (prevents side effects when
    dragging)
