Root cause

Wework explicitly sent marketplaceKinds: ['local'], so Codex omitted openai-curated-remote. The attempted manual selection also used the legacy curated-marketplace path rather than Codex's current default remote catalog behavior. Codex enables RemotePlugin by default and only includes the global official catalog when marketplaceKinds is omitted.

Impact

The official OpenAI marketplace now appears automatically when Codex makes it available. Users only need the add-marketplace UI for custom GitHub or local marketplaces.
