We will need to set up some (?) email addresses to use for:

They can be just be set to forward the emails to some other accounts.

I just checked and with the current register (godaddy) we cannot do any redirection. We could:

  1. set up our own mail server (not a fan of this).
  2. get an office365 subscription for business (the personal doesn't work, I tried with mine) and set everything.
  3. see if the JS foundation has something and wait until we move there so we don't spend more money and add extra infrastructure that will need to be moved. Maybe @kborchers can say more about this :)

My preferred is 3, followed by 2 depending on the time frame.

We definitely have a solution for this with Google Apps. That said, we are pretty stingy with accounts since we have to pay for each one so we typically use groups that forward to folks' work and/or personal emails.

Bottom line, assuming this comes into the JSF, definitely go with 3 and don't spend any more money or create additional infra to transfer as we will be able to make this work.

If [email protected] can be configured to forward us (preferably the sonar related) emails, we will use that for the Code of Conduct.

So [email protected] forwards to our conduct committee which helps relieve that burden from the project team (one of the benefits of being part of a foundation). See #261

From #261:

by the conduct committee, to which any of you may request that the committee add you

Great, then [email protected] it is.
