Pull Request Overview
This PR updates the Rslib website URL to reflect the shortened domain and bumps the dependency version for the doc UI package. It also adjusts the documentation migration guides in both Chinese and English to point to the new URL.

- Bumped "@rstack-dev/doc-ui" version from 1.10.3 to 1.10.4
