What changed?
This cleans out some unused (and broken) code/configuration.
Why was this change made?
I had a look at the Makefile, and was interested to see what
make lib-testdid. But it was broken by missing target dependency:dependencies. Seems like this is some leftovers from previous cleanups. Removing this will reduce the files to maintain.How was this change implemented?
