Snuck one more thing in - redirecting access denied (403) pages to /user/login as that's tripped up our prod leads a couple times. |

Had been waiting for s3fs compatibility and they released a new version today! Ups s3fs and moves to new drupal version (10.3).
Bonus: Fixes an annoying local warning.
