Recently we have very regular failures of some virtual-net tests in musl libc builds.

The failures usually go away after a retry.

This is becoming very annoying during PRs and needs to be investigated.

Disable some flaky tests on MUSL for now to not block the CI.
Needs a proper investigation in the future.
