web项目升级到webpack5#446
已经在本地开发和打包测试通过
本次修改了三个文件
vue.config.js ：
"stream": require.resolve('stream-browserify')原因 ：一些 Node.js 内置模块（如 stream、process 等） webpack5需要显式引入，项目的依赖包中有用到stream模块
package.json：
手动设置webpack的版本和相关依赖，调整vue-cli脚手架的依赖
package-lock.json：
package.json内依赖的升级，对应锁文件内一些依赖的版本变动
