update: move task4.0 from M2 to M3 and add hardware enclave in M5

Based on our zoom meeting today, I updated the application md file.
Changes:

• Move task 4.0 from M2 to M3
• Add hardware enclave as part of M5
• Remove the hardware enclave from the future features, because it is now moved into M5.
