Split milestones into two to deliver Web-based UI separately. As discussed with David Hawig, we are missing some infrastructure parts our Web-based UI relies on. We are splitting one milestone into two to be able to deliver Milestone 1 now(delivery report and invoice are already submitted) and deliver Web-based UI as Milestone 2 once we have all necessary components.
