Instead of manually following #23, I created a program that automatically generates a fixed-up markdown version of the notes. At the next meeting I won't be present to record notes, so this tool should hopefully make it easier for the scribe to record notes in a consistent format.
During this meeting we discussed or mentioned #103, #88, #12, #77, #85, #78, #95, #72 and PR #102.
