I looked into preparing a strawman PR for #202 as an attempt to help that issue along but I noticed the generated index.html is based on a fairly old version of bikeshed. This PR re-generates using trunk Bikeshed so that any further PRs will produce a much smaller diff.
Also, I notice this is being published as a WD. Is it supposed to be an ED? It seems like it should be, right? The second changeset if this PR updates the status to ED (and also fixes some formatting of Previous Versions).
