find-specs has identified the following candidates as potential new specs to consider:

Please review if they match the inclusion criteria. Those that don't and never will should be added to ignore.json, those that don't match yet but may in the future can be added to monitor-repo.json, and those that do match should be brought as a pull request on specs.json.

"Test Utils" keeps being raised because there is a corresponding entry in https://raw.githubusercontent.com/whatwg/sg/master/db.json. Not sure whether repo and spec simply have not been created yet or whether we should report that somewhere (where?).

Both Compute Pressure API and Conditional Focus are undergoing Origin Trial in Chrome. We've been somewhat lax on including new specs in browser-specs, so that seems good enough to include. I'm preparing a PR accordingly.

This update also improves the title extraction logic for TC39 specs, because
one of the Intl proposals actually puts the title in the third `<h1>` and not
the second one.

I think Conditional Focus will in fact land as a change in Screen Capture, so maybe best to put it in monitoring for now?

Probably worth doing with Test Utils as well - I'm guessing the actual repo will surface in the near future, but no need to be reminded every week in the meantime.

WHATWG/testutils does not exist yet but should get created soon, add it to
monitor list as a result.
