As per yesterday's editors' call, we will keep documents on TPAC and F2Fs in the wiki.

@jnurthen @spectranaut I reverted the two commits for 2023's TPAC and F2F planning.

There are 4 pages left where I'm uncertain what to do (see the top card). Would you let me know what you think about my suggestions for these?

@rahimabdi @scottaohara might like to weigh in, should we "archive" this page or do you think it will be useful in near term efforts to have a CSS AAM? Archiving is fine, but maybe you should just know about it.

I don't understand what this is for, but, since it's 4 years old it's at risk of being out of date information. So I agree archive, maybe "manual-tests" or "research" idk because "test" seems too much like automated tests imo?
