Patterns page missing grid tile; Landmarks tile links to landmarks practices instead of landmarks pattern

• The Patterns landing page has a Landmarks tile that links to the Practices > Landmark Regions > General Principles example page
  • To make up for that, Practices > Landmark Regions misses the example links for General Principles and HTML Sectioning Elements
• The Patterns > Grid tile is missing (I’m not the only one to wish that’s a feature) but all its content and examples are available on the server alright

@besenwagen Would you mind confirming whether you still see the problem cince APG site has been updated quite a bit? For example, I see the Grid tile under the Patterns page. Thanks for your feedback in advance.

The grid pattern was restored to the patterns page.

The landmarks tile will open a new landmarks pattern page when #2670 is merged.
