fixing ffpeg install on macOS tests

Description

Adding ffpeg installation on macOS in cleanrl/.github/workflows/test.yaml
Implementation details :

• name: Install ffmpeg (macOS)
  if: runner.os == 'macOS'
  run: brew install ffmpeg
  Everywhere test is launched on macOS

  • I have added the learning curves generated by the python -m openrlbenchmark.rlops utility to the documentation.
  • I have added links to the tracked experiments in W&B, generated by python -m openrlbenchmark.rlops ....your_args... --report, to the documentation.

Hello, i finally closed the PR because i had one more problem with procgen install : "Unable to find installation candidates for procgen (0.10.7)" during the test.
