Changed CellCount as ComputeFloat2 so any texture can become a parameter when use ColorMap node or ValueMap and adding TransformUV to conveniently control the result (ex. Rotating, Scaling the CheckerBoard).
Also added TransformUV function inside ShaderUtils for convenience so it can be used in other shaders.
