Safety Equivalent

Want to make an Autorun-ng equivalent to https://github.com/thevurv/Safety.

Ideally this would be a native module for less overhead and to be truly undetectable since we could just detour the C functions themselves.

I added some sub issues which must be dealt with before a Safety alternative can be created. If not for these sub-issues, Safety would likely get detected fairly quickly
