This fixes #35 by no longer resetting all cached community weights. I assumed incorrectly in 06b6c98 that the resetting was not done correctly for some reason, and I switched to resetting all communities. I now also clarified the variable name to make the code a bit more clear.
There are some other factors that are affecting the runtime, but these are all corrections, which should not be reverted.
