There seem to be an error in the create.eQTL.summary script with the following error message:

Error in .Call2("solve_user_SEW0", start, end, width, PACKAGE = "IRanges") :
solving row 147: range cannot be determined from the supplied arguments (too many NAs)

I think it is just the presence of NA for positions that give problems to the script..
