- get rid of bloat (bootstrap and jquery)
- the site can now 99% function without javascript (except for "last synced")
- import normalize.css for sane defaults
- reörganise assets
- hopefully some of this can be put in a submodule or something
- redesign the navbar
- should now work responsively without any javascript
- fix tables on narrow screens
