Instead of doing this here, could we use FusedMoe.select_experts
?
Similar to what fp8 does:
topk_weights, topk_ids = FusedMoE.select_experts( |
In that case, the topk_weights and topk_ids would both be passed to fused_moe_marlin

I think this would also be needed for deepseek-v2 which requires grouped topk

This LGTM pending the deepseek int4 model/group topk works fine.
I'll quantize a deepseek int8 model over the weekend and we can verify with that as well.

I made some accidental changes in it when merging, and when I reverted them, it just showed no lines in diff
