The run_batch logger currently does not work (it does not print anything). My guess is the logger created by run_batch conflicts with the logger created by vllm.entrypoints.logger. So this PR removes the new logger created by run_batch and lets run_batch use the logger from Use vllm.entrypoints.logger.
