Bumps the ROCm 10.0 (TheRock) image to torch 2.14 / torchvision 0.29 (
+rocm10.0.0), matching CUDA/CPU/XPU; torchaudio stays 2.11.0. Also refreshes the stale torch pins in the ROCm install docs.TheRock's torch 2.14 pins
triton==3.8.0+git669b31ac.rocm10.0.0, the same commit we build from source, so the existing triton build/repack is unchanged.Will rebase on #62536 (ROCm 10.1) if it lands first. No other open PR bumps ROCm torch.
Test
pip install --dry-run(stable index) of torch/torchvision 2.14/0.29 + device extras + torchaudio 2.11.0: resolvestherock_wheels.py external-linkswith the new pins + real torch wheel: all linked projects (9 arches) foundAI assistance (Claude Code) was used; I reviewed every change.
