Bump AINIC_VERSION from 1.117.3-hydra to 1.117.5 so images install libionic1=54.0-187-1, which is required for MoRI-EP and NIXL on Pollara/AINIC without mounting host userspace libraries. Signed-off-by: Shiksha Patel <shiksha.patel@amd.com>
