Register HeliosPipeline and HeliosPyramidPipeline in model_extras (pyramid/staged sampling, CFG-zero* controls, and image/video conditioning knobs), so the model-specific extra_args route through extra_body and Helios can be driven via the standard task example. Adds CPU unit test covering both class names. Part of vllm-project#4539 (sub-task vllm-project#4543). Add a generic --extra-body JSON flag to the text_to_video example (knobs
declared in vllm_omni/model_extras/ merged into sampling extra_args), plus
a Helios preset and detect rule. Documents the three Helios T2V variants
(Base / Mid+CFG-Zero* / Distilled+DMD) as --extra-body recipes.
Additive only: the Wan/Hunyuan/LTX2 paths are untouched. Deletion of the
bespoke examples/{offline,online}_serving/helios dirs is deferred because
it is wired into docs (.nav.yml, generated example page, recipes/Helios).
Part of vllm-project#4539 (sub-task vllm-project#4543).

…ix docs Complete the Helios migration: - Delete examples/offline_inference/helios and examples/online_serving/helios. - Fold online serving into examples/online_serving/text_to_video: add run_curl_helios.sh (base/mid-stage2/distilled presets via extra_params), run_server_helios.sh, and a Helios README section. - Remove the Helios nav entry from docs/.nav.yml and delete the generated docs/user_guide/examples/offline_inference/helios.md page. - Repoint recipes/Helios/Helios.md at the shared text_to_video example using --extra-body for the Mid/Distilled knobs.
