etcd can no longer be installed with brew because it installs version 3.4 and we require 3.3.10. Docs have been changed to reflect that.
Also while running a local_cluster.sh mac users can run into a problem where /tmp/mysql.sock is already in use. To solve this they need to stop mysql service.
Also java is no longer in cask, it is now available with brew info java.
