This is a complement to vitessio/vitess#6705.
I will copy over my changes to the content/zh directory as well, but I figured it would be easier to go back-and-forth on set of copy rather than 2. Also I noticed there's no content/zh/reference/programs/vtexplain.md - would folks like me to add that while I'm here?
