Overview
This PR incorporates feedback from a previous PR to add more test cases for
TestIgnoreMaxPayloadSizeDirective. The changes introduced in this PR account for more failure cases for this particular unit test (on par with the coverage inTestIgnoreMaxMaxMemoryRowsDirective).
