Yes, ha requires more servers to answer. It is less secure ( hijacking one server can give an incorrect GPG key ) but it is much more reliable with the current key infrastructure ( current infrastructure is very unreliable ) |

This commit updates all fixed dependencies to their latest version and mades changes to the default configs to. 1. Increase the defaults for a few key values 2.
