Thanks for the PR @rivajunior! There is already work ongoing for this at #12860. I'll close this PR as duplicate, and it would be good for you to review and help with that PR. |

Description
use ESLint Flat Config on React templates.
The React ESLint ecosystem still doesn't support ESLint v9, but we could be already using flat configs
