Propagates accessor updateTriggers from EditableGeoJsonLayer to GeoJsonLayer, following the guidance at https://deck.gl/docs/developer-guide/custom-layers/composite-layers#mapping-properties, so that they work.
Issue previously reported in nebula.gl: uber/nebula.gl#609.
