Collect the source code management details (if any) for a build and add them to the JSON content published to a Kafka topic.

Implemented for Git (GitHub, GitLab, etc.) only. No plan to support CVS . SVN and other SCMs probably next, but this have low priority at the moment. Available starting from release 1.0.
