Automation database for tests with pg_cron and postgres
Require pg_cron Debian/Ubuntu package: sudo apt-get -y install postgresql-12-cron
Tested with PostgreSQL 12.1, package postgresql-12-cron and Docker 19.03 (Docker isn't required)
