fix issue in kaldi-asr#1264
I hope to settle schedule like this '0,[email protected],[email protected],[email protected],0' in my way (check and plus one)....
like this [(612, 0.0), (307.0, 0.0), (306.0, 0.4), (122.4, 0.0), (0, 0.0)]
And another thing, it will be best if the scripts could give some warning if dropout remains in the combination iters

After my latest commit, this will be [(612, 0.0), (306.0, 0.0), (306.0, 0.4), (122.4, 0.0), (0, 0.0)]. You don't need the plus one.
The combination iters is now more complicated. I think its roughly equal to the min(number of iters in the last epoch of training, 0.5 * total number of iters). So some thinking is need as to where and how to put such a warning.
