[Bug Report]select组件中的filter-by-label属性无效 #320

Steps to reproduce
文档中提示select组件filter-by-label默认值是false，但即使我显示指定值为false，仍然按照label进行搜索
What is expected?
filter-by-label属性功能正常，可以按照其他属性进行搜索
What is actually happening?
filter-by-label无论配置true或false都仅按照label进行搜索
本地测试配置无效，到官网playgroud测试也是无效，故提此issue
