This release contains the working version of services communication using Rest protocol for internal services.

We release it as the working version so that if anyone wants to reference or learn more about how we use Rest protocol for internal services can check it out.

After this release, we're going to upgrade all internal services to gRPC protocol, and internet facing with WebAPI.
