[#3277](https://github.com/veryfront/veryfront-code/pull/3277) shipped the L3 prop-getter surface (`useChatInput` with `getFormProps` / `getFieldProps` / `getSubmitProps` / `getAttachProps` / `getVoiceProps`), made **`mergeProps` public**, landed the IME-composition guard behind `ChatInput.Field`, and added `useChatScroll`, `useMessageBranches`, and the `ChatInputContext*` names. A delta has landed only where its own page badges it `shipped`, and the reference index rolls up every delta that has; `deno task lint:rfc-status` fails if a badge and that roll-up disagree, or if any per-piece ledger drifts.
