Constraint: Release metadata needs to reflect the merged Anthropic replay fix. Rejected: Bumping generated npm artifacts | build output is generated during release/publish and current source version surfaces are deno.json plus src/utils/version-constant.ts. Confidence: high Scope-risk: narrow Directive: Keep deno.json and src/utils/version-constant.ts synchronized for manual version bumps. Tested: deno fmt --check deno.json src/utils/version-constant.ts; git diff --check; deno task verify:quick reached existing lint:cli-boundary blocker after manifest, fmt, lint, and style passed. Not-tested: Full verify:quick completion, blocked by pre-existing CLI boundary violations outside this change.
