Code Review

This pull request adds support for building Docker images on the aarch64 platform by dynamically selecting the correct NVIDIA Nsight Systems package. The changes are applied to two Dockerfiles. My review focuses on ensuring that this change does not break the existing amd64 build. I've identified a critical issue where a hardcoded path change for symlinks is likely to cause build failures on amd64 and have provided a more robust, conditional approach.
