All loose ranges and the floating latest tag were replaced with exact pins.

Toolchain and metadata

  • packageManager: pnpm@9.0.0 → pnpm@11.22.0
  • engines.node: >=18 → >=24 (current LTS line)
  • biome.jsonc schema bumped to 2.5.9
  • pnpm-lock.yaml regenerated with pnpm install (pnpm 11.22.0). pnpm 11's default supply-chain policy auto-appended a minimumReleaseAgeExclude list to pnpm-workspace.yaml during install; it was removed and a follow-up install verified the lockfile passes cleanly without it. No release-age configuration is added or changed in this PR.

Best-practice migrations

  • Ultracite 7 / Biome 2.5: the ultracite check / ultracite fix CLI and the ultracite/biome/* presets remain the recommended Biome setup, so the toolchain shape is unchanged. New/stricter rules required source fixes:
    • Applied ultracite fix safe fixes (sorted package.json fields, sorted object members in layout.tsx, consistent arrow returns).
    • packages/ui/src/button.tsx: replaced the inline onClick arrow with a stable useCallback handler to satisfy lint/performance/noJsxPropsBind.
    • biome.jsonc: excluded **/public static assets from checks ("files": { "includes": ["!**/public"] }, using Biome's recommended negation-only form since the extended presets already provide a catch-all), so served SVG assets are not linted/reformatted.
  • TypeScript 7: both apps and the UI package typecheck cleanly on the new compiler with the existing NodeNext/Bundler configs; no config changes were required.
  • README commands (pnpm check, pnpm fix, turbo build, turbo dev) remain accurate for Ultracite 7 and needed no changes.
