Follow-up to #13213. Continued differential validation of the repo-index dirty hash found one remaining divergence from the
git status-based path: an untracked symlink made the old path report a dirty tree but the new path report clean. Git tracks symlinks, so they are uncommitted working-tree state and must influence provenance. The gap exists because the untracked walk deliberately skips non-regular files — correct for per-package hashing, incorrect for dirty-hash coverage.What

The new test fails on the parent commit (repo-index path reported clean) and passes with this change. Full
turborepo-scmsuite: 178 passed;turborepo-lib: 431 passed; clippy and fmt clean. Per-package hashing is unaffected by construction:status_entriesandget_package_hashesinputs are byte-identical to before.
