Add the ability to open new windows with specific profiles through the shell menu and context menu.
UI related options can now be set per profile. All the options except autoUpdatePlugins, defaultSSHApp, disableAutoUpdates, updateChannel and useConpty can be set per profile.
Windows opened for a specific profile will follow the UI settings for that profile, one can open tabs and splits with different profiles but the UI, color scheme, terminal rendering etc. will follow the window's profile.
