7.30.0 -> 7.30.1. typecheck, tests, and build all pass locally.

7.30.1 includes the v7.x backport of the Set-Cookie parser stack overflow fix (nodejs/undici#5997), which until now was only on the 8.x line.

Just a friendly reminder that this still sits open. We have CI nagging about unsafe undici usage that I'd like to close. Patching source here is the only way forward 😅
