feat(chrome): Verboo Chrome extension (MV3 side panel + agent browser tools)

What

Adds the Verboo Chrome extension under extensions/chrome — a Manifest V3 side-panel extension that lets the Verboo CLI drive the user's browser:

• Side panel chat wired to the Verboo CLI via the native messaging host
• Agent loop with intent-based turn classification and a serialized reclassification fallback (if the model calls a browser tool in a turn classified as conversation, the turn re-executes with tools through the browser control queue — no user-facing 'please rephrase')
• Page tools: element discovery by visible text/accessibility (find), full-page content extraction with chunking (extractPageContent), read/click/type/capture
• Presence overlay with generation-based cleanup (survives MV3 service-worker recycling)
• i18n: en + pt_BR
• Extension version: 0.3.1

Provenance

Ported from graseeel/verboo_app (extensions/verboo-chrome, merged there via PR #65). Kept self-contained: no changes to any existing file in this repo; jsdom is now declared as a devDependency of the extension (it was inherited implicitly from the source monorepo).

Testing

• cd extensions/chrome && npm install && npm test → 382 tests, 0 failures (node --test)
• Provider path tested: Verboo CLI native-messaging host on macOS (Chrome stable), including the reclassification fallback and the serialized browser-control queue under concurrent turns
• Field-tested against YouTube flows (navigation, playlist discovery by visible text, media control)

Notes / follow-ups

• Packaging recipe included (scripts/package.mjs, allowlist-based — produces the store zip)
• Happy to adapt layout/test-runner to repo conventions (bun) if preferred — kept node --test to preserve the 382-test suite as-is
