I would suggest pulling this line in favor of #128 which moves the CODE_OF_CONDUCT.MD to be inherited from the .github repo in this org rather than using the repo specific version

We haven't had much activity for a mailing list and have mostly been responsive to PRs and Issues. We can discuss in the meeting for whether we should continue under the confidentialcomputing.io or use the groups.io.
