Addresses review feedback on #7400. Four fixes: (1) Fix getReadiness call signature and array destructuring in sms_doctor. (2) Add assistant-scoped phone number resolution in sms_send_test. (3) Include assistantId in test message POST body. (4) Read response body as text first before JSON.parse in sendTwilioSms error handler.
