fix: Increase monaco editor stability

This PR addresses the following:

• Made parsing logic modular to reduce side effects
• Increased debounce delay to allow for state to sync (addresses Editor Cursor Randomly Moves #1512)
• Fixed unnecessary parse in auto mode (src/components/app.tsx Blank chart after hitting "run" #1515 )
• Introduced deduplication logic to prevent identical errors from accumulating
